PSYCHOTHERAPY AND PSYCHOANALYSIS
Many people come to therapy when something in their life feels especially difficult or out of balance. This might show up as persistent anxiety, struggles in relationships, or repeating patterns of behavior that feel hard to change. Whatever brings you here, it’s worth exploring—and understanding—what’s beneath the surface. In therapy, we’ll work together to make sense of your experiences, feelings, and ideas, creating space for growth and change.
ADULT PSYCHOTHERAPY
Therapy is most effective when it’s a shared process. You bring your lived experience, your hopes, fears, and questions. I bring curiosity, training, and a commitment to helping you make meaning of what you’re going through. Together, we’ll explore the symptoms or challenges you’re facing in the context of your life. This collaborative relationship often leads to greater clarity, insight, and emotional resilience.

ADULT PSYCHOANALYSIS
Psychoanalysis offers a deeper, more intensive path of self-exploration. Meeting more frequently—typically four to five times a week—and often using the analytic couch, we create a unique space to uncover unconscious thoughts and patterns that shape your inner life. Over time, this deepened awareness can foster meaningful and lasting internal transformation. Our therapeutic relationship becomes an important tool for understanding and change.

COUPLE THERAPY
Relationships can be both rewarding and challenging. Whether you're feeling stuck in conflict, distant from your partner, or simply seeking to strengthen your connection, couples therapy provides a supportive environment to grow together. I work with each partner to explore the dynamics of your relationship, helping you build greater understanding, empathy, and intimacy. With new insights often comes greater flexibility and connection.
